Lucy is an experienced Speech Pathologist who has worked extensively with Autistic and other neurodiverse people throughout her career. She is passionate about supporting individuals to develop authentic communication skills that reflect their unique strengths, identities, and goals.

Lucy is committed to a neurodiversity-affirming approach, working closely with clients, families, and key communication partners to ensure communication feels natural, meaningful, and collaborative.

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland in 2009, Lucy has worked across a wide range of services in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Her experience includes roles with Spectrum Services Queensland, Montrose Therapy and Respite Services, Disability Services Queensland, and Education Queensland, as well as six years with the UK’s National Health Service, primarily supporting children and adults with intellectual impairment and disabilities.

She supports clients in building functional communication skills, navigating post-school transitions, and developing strategies for independence and participation in everyday life. She also has experience in assessing and supporting safe eating and drinking skills, including the management of food aversions and dysphagia.
