Christopher is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. He has completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at the University of Melbourne, a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology at Deakin University, and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Chris has worked with clients in both public and private settings and has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families as they navigate mental health, daily challenges, and life transitions. He takes a strengths-based, affirming approach and has worked alongside autistic children, adolescents, and adults to support emotional regulation, sensory needs, and social connection in ways that respect their individuality and self-determination.

His therapeutic style is warm and friendly, with a focus on building strong and trusting relationships. Chris tailors his approach to each person’s unique strengths and goals, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

Chris has experience working with a wide range of presentations, including mood and anxiety-related difficulties, stress, grief and loss, substance use, psychosis, trauma, intellectual and developmental differences, and adjustment challenges. He also has additional experience supporting adolescents who engage in self-harm, individuals in palliative care, and autistic children and teenagers experiencing emotional or behavioural distress.

Chris is deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, valued, and empowered to work toward their personal goals.
