Bonnie Anderson
Registered Psychologist
Bonnie is a registered psychologist who draws on experience in health, education, government, and child development, combining her background in these areas with her clinical work.
Bonnie supports adolescents and adults, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as ACT, Schema Therapy, IPT, and CBT to tailor therapy to individual needs. Her areas of interest include supporting clients with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, and trauma. She also provides comprehensive assessments for individuals aged 6+, including cognitive assessments, ADHD, learning disorders, and autism.
Bonnie takes a collaborative and supportive approach, guided by compassion, curiosity, and respect for diversity. She works flexibly to help clients feel comfortable, whether that’s through providing summary emails, offering low- to no-eye-contact sessions, or incorporating activities such as art and a growing collection of fidgets to use during conversations. A lived understanding of neurodivergence, parenting, and blended family life informs her practice.
Outside of psychology, Bonnie enjoys travelling, spending time in nature, anything related to red pandas, and unwinding with video games.
Available: Bonnie sees clients Mondays and Tuesdays.
