Pingu
Chief Morale Officer & Resident Therapist Dog
Breed: Brussels Griffon (obviously)
Title: Dr. Pingu Fluffington (Honorary, but well-earned)
Pingu is our professional napper, part-time scrub turkey chaser (no need to tell the council he has never gotten close to getting one) and full-time good boy.
Pingu is semi-retired because his snoring is so loud clinicians couldn't hear properly. When he is at the office he is busy lowering stress, raise smiles and accept pats.

Works WithPingu specialises in humans of all ages, particularly those in need of emotional support, comfort cuddles, or a reason to smile. He excels in autism-friendly snuggles, silently judging you while you talk, and knows when to intervene with a head tilt or sudden sneeze. While he’s still wrapping his paws around the NDIS, he firmly believes that all good things (like cheese) should be accessible to everyone.

Special Areas of InterestPingu enjoys long walks (when the weather is agreeable), supervising Lisa, investigating rustling sounds, and offering soulful glances to people mid-session. He is particularly passionate about the therapeutic benefits of loud snoring during appointments, it’s his signature calming technique.

Outside the ClinicPingu is passionate about neurodiversity, cheese, and being included in staff photos. Known for his ability to sniff out stress (or snacks), Pingu brings humour, warmth, and unconditional support to the clinic. He lives with Dr Lisa Brice, who somehow manages to get credit for most of the work he actually does.
